Accident Policy will cover you for all on-the-job as well as off-the-job accidents and injuries. It includes a $5,000 non-fatal gunshot rider and PTSD benefit.
In-patient Hospital Confinement / Outpatient Surgery Policy Pays your choice of $1,500 or $2,000 for overnight hospitalization. Includes an Outpatient surgery benefit which pays $750 for a tier 1 (small surgery) or $1,500 for a tier 2 (larger surgery)
Critical Illness with Subsequent Diagnosis Lump sum is paid upon diagnosis of any one of the following: * Cancer *Heart Attack *Stroke * Kidney Failure *Coma * Blindness * Major Organ Failure * Occupational HIV * Hepatitis B,C,D * Permanent Paralysis. This policy also pays an annual $50 wellness benefit for having a physical or blood work completed.
